Seabrook Plaza will feature upscale waterfront dining consisting of approximately 20,000 square feet. Each restaurant will have significant outdoor dining on patios that “stair step” down to the shoreline providing unobstructed waterfront views for the diners and a unique dining experience.

The restaurants will focus on evening and weekend business with a larger proportion of sales in the beverage category and live music offerings. The focus will be on iconic themes that complement the rest of the project. Potential concepts include a German beer garden, fine Tex-Mex dinning with evening salsa dancing, Pacific Rim fusion and a classic steak house.
